About Mississippi Valley Pump

Mississippi Valley Pump has earned its reputation through dependable service, quality workmanship, and lasting customer relationships. Founded by Chuck Askren, the company was built on a commitment to delivering reliable pump solutions and exceptional customer service. His dedication laid the foundation for the company our customers know and trust today.

Today, under the ownership of a father-and-son team, Jason and Austin Harder, Mississippi Valley Pump is proud to carry that legacy forward. While ownership has evolved, our commitment remains the same—to provide dependable solutions, responsive service, and long-term value to every customer we serve.

With more than 150 years of combined industry experience, our team brings the knowledge and expertise to support municipalities, contractors, industrial facilities, and commercial customers with pump sales, repairs, maintenance, and equipment life extension programs.

Proudly serving businesses, municipalities, and industries across Iowa, Illinois, SW Wisconsin, and NE Missouri from the heart of the Mississippi Valley.
